Getting started

Get PO'd is a two-part tool: a Chrome extension that watches Crow Wholesale order-confirmation pages, and a small backend that translates those confirmations into draft Purchase Orders in your coreSTORE instance. You keep ordering the way you already do; receiving becomes a five-minute reconciliation instead of a scavenger hunt two weeks later.

What it does

  • Auto-captures Crow order-confirmation pages the instant checkout completes.
  • Creates inventory items for any SKU coreSTORE doesn't know about yet.
  • Creates a draft receiving (PO) pre-loaded with SKU + qty from Crow.
  • Flags failures so no short-ship ever ends up silently unreconciled.

What you'll need

  • A coreSTORE account with admin access (to generate an API key).
  • Chrome (or another Chromium browser — MV3-compatible).
  • A Get PO'd account on this site — sign up.

Three-step onboarding

  1. Sign up, then run the onboarding wizard (three screens — connect coreSTORE, pick IDs, install extension).
  2. Install the Chrome extension and paste the per-store token it asks for.
  3. Place a Crow order. Open coreSTORE Receivings — your draft is waiting.
